Anybody use a cover on their Roadmaster All Terrains?
Humping our Falcon All Terrain around when not in use is getting old & I'm aiming towards leaving it attached to the motorhome more often,
Before pulling the trigger on an official Roadmaster cover, I'm wondering if it fits over the safety cables & umbilical too, which I have threaded thru the arms.
Is it worth the ~$50?

I keep our Roadmaster Nighthawk attached during camping season (April-November) and keep the Roadmaster cover on when not towing.
In our case, it does fit over the tow bar arms, safety cables and light cable.

Yes the cover will contain all of the cables. I never remove the tow bar, it always stays on the MH along with the attached umbilical and safety cables and with the cover in place.

We have a Roadmaster Sterling tow bar. I usually remove the safety cables and the umbilical before applying the Roadmaster cover. Occasionally, I've left the safety cables inside the channels when I cover the tow bar. The cover fits fine in either case.

Roadmaster will tell you that a cover for when the towbar is not in use is the single biggest thing you can do to prolong the bar's life. My Falcon all-terrain is 6 years old and 70k plus tow miles, always on the MoHo and covered when not in use; just had it serviced at the factory and they found no appreciable wear on any of the moving parts, nothing replaced just cleaned and tightened up, looks new and ready to go!!

For years, I removed my Roadmaster tow bar after each trip, placed it on a custom dolly and stored it in my shed. One day....the light came on and I realized it was crazy to keep taking it on and off. When at home, I use a large plastic trash bag ad cover the entre assembly. When on the road, if we're staying put for a few days, I use the Roadmaster cover.

2x for our Falcon 2 All-terrain. It comes off & gets an extra thorough cleaning/lube before being stowed away until Spring.
