Anyone recognize this base plate?

Gonna go look at this Jeep later today. Owner knows nothing about the base plate. Anyone recognize it? Wondering if I can get attachment pieces for it. I’ll google it if there’s a sticker on it when I look at it. But figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask here in the meantime…..

I agree that it appears to be a Roadmaster. That's a second generation Grand Cherokee, correct? ...maybe 2000 or 2001 or somewhere in that 1999 to 2003 range?

The kit used is most likely a 1419-8 ...go HERE to see the configuration

Here is the page for a 2001 but it should be the same kit for 1999 through 2003:
