Baseplate and Towbar for BMW 128i

Aloha;

I love my beemer and want to tow it behind our soon to be built moho. It has a manual transmission and the owners manual says it can be towed 4 down with no speed or mileage restrictions. However I can't seem to find a tow bar for it. Help!!!

When I wanted to start towing my 2000 Miata, I couldn't find one either,
so I designed and fabricated my own.

YOU may have to do the same.

The baseplate and towbar cost less than $50 and I used it for 6 years and 35,000 miles.

Tim

Is it safe to assume your visit with Michelle went well this week?

We are seeing her this coming Monday, I think I got the date wrong in my post about going to the factory. I am a doof about dates since we retired. Had to buy one of those clocks that tells you what day it is :(

We have already ordered a DS 3736, just need to tweek it a little, no big things on our must have list. Just colors and flooring and taking out the uncomfortable love seat in front of the tv.

Congratulations! Hope your trip goes well ... and the weather isn't too cold. I just about froze when I was there!

Good idea, will call them tomorrow. I have an email off to blue ox already. I really really like my car and don't want to trade it in for a jeep, not that there's anything wrong with a jeep, but the beemer is paid off and has heated seats and a heated steering wheel, and it's fun....
