We're in the process of getting a MH that has a 4-down hitch, and I'm looking at a car with a 5-speed Manual tranny.

The Owners Manual... (for the ? year)... RWD BMW 3-series auto will contain "towing instructions" and and any "DO NOT DO warnings" for that particular car.

well, Duh!!! Page 67 gives me the green light to tow with rear wheels on the ground, so a tow dolly is good to go.

I'll have time to check with BMW about towing a manual 4 down during the week.
