Bike rack option
I'm sure this has been done before. But this is what I have invented. Please share your pictures. Would love to see other options. Maybe I missed something. There is probably a better way to do this.

That is a good way to carry your bikes. We do the same on our fifth wheel trailer and when we had a motorhome and toad we carried the bikes on a rack on the toad.

Nice work!
I’ve never seen a class A bike rack mount fabricated quite like this before.
Way to think outside of the box.

This approach will not work for everybody. Lucky me, I have side radiator.

Nice rack Skyboy. I have a double receiver in my MH receiver. Toad connects to one and a bike rack to the other. The bike rack on the top sits high enough not to interfere with hooking up toad and far enough away from rear to allow adequate air to engine.

I must be missing something, but what is the reason why you couldn't use the stock receiver? ( I feel like Tom Hanks in "Big", "I don't get it", when everyone else obviously does.)

I suspect so he can still tow something without using a double stack receiver, of which I’m not a big fan of either. Yes, they work but they do have limitations. Looking at his fabrication skills I’ll go out on a limb and say he’s of the same mindset, with no reduction in towing capacity.
I built our rack so it can carry one 500# motorcycle (and ramp) or two ebikes. It utilizes the 10k hitch and two additional 2” receivers and still allows towing our Jeep.
Without spending a small fortune there just isn’t much commercially available to be able to do so.

Ya know,
Like the OP and you, as you know, I've done a few decades of fabrication too. It sure is nice to be able to think waaaaaaaaay outside the box and accomplish something that for the most part, just doesn't exist in the "normal" world. The aftermarket providers in most cases, are seriously concerned about "LIABILITY" when it comes to stepping outside the "norm".
We however, handle our own LIABILITY when we delve into the deep dark world of fabrication/welding/design and application.
With all that being said, I too needed an alternative to the "Norm" bike racks available. I searched high and low and for the most part didn't like anything I either watched on a video or saw in a bike store or Amazon or where ever. Long story short, I ordered a brand new motorcycle rack and modified it to handle our two E-bikes. When completed, it's a ROCK. There is absolutely zero movement in any direction, up, down, forward, backward, left or right. Those two bikes DON'T MOVE.
The OP's work sure seems pretty solid to me, nice work!

OH, so he can still tow. Now I understand, thanks.
To clear the bikes, he would need a fairly long towbar though, right?

You are absolutely correct!!!
It started with me, watching my little car in rear camera fishtailing from one side to another on our last trip to Arizona.
And of course, I don't know what I'm doing, but my little aviation experience telling me that flatter is a result of too much flexibility.
So this was my attempt to remove all flex joints as much as possible. Towing dolly welded into perfect triangle with no flexibility at all. Deck will remain turnable, of course.
After all two independent receivers is better than one.

There will be absolutely no interference between tow dolly and bicycles up above. That is primarily why I wanted to have two separate receivers.

Very clean look when the rack is out and massively heavy-duty design for the framework. Could probably put a motorcycle on there.
