Just got a 2 yr old Avail towbar. At fully extended how much play should I expect. It slides smoothly but does have some wiggle room is this normal? Thanks

Wiggle room where it attaches to the toad? Yes, after initially attaching lock pin but not after you start towing.

The arm that slides into the sleeve. Does it have some play?

Once the arm is locked, there is no play. It’s as solid as if it was one piece.

It does lock solid with no play in or out just some side play. How much is acceptable?
