Blue Ox Toad Brake Sys. Pro's or Con's

This system looks like it will hook up fairly well to a 98 Ford Explorer, any hints or look outs about it?

Installation instructions

The controller mounts in the engine compartment with tie straps or I'd most likely make a bracket but the main thing is the cable comes through the firewall up high then goes to the pulley on the firewall in front of the brake pedal then works kind of like all the others to the pedal itself.

I don't have a place really to mount the controller (other products) under the glove box and worse yet trying to find a path for the cable from right to left at the firewall, while as for mounting it under the seat that area is a few inches higher than my floor board and all the space is taken up by the electric seat motors.

It seems like an all inclusive kit with the break a way but sometimes I let my judgment deceive itself
