Brake Buddy Classic II or Select Vantage II

If you are considering a new Brake Buddy, check the fit first. The new (ver II) models do not fit well in Ford Explorers, and reportedly Jeep products either. The brake push rod is too long to sit on the floor, and if the BB is on a platform, it does not sit securely. The handle only has one operating position, and the chassis wiring is too short if you don't have direct access through the fire wall. (Ford Explorer runs either through the floor pan and fender well or through behind the glove box)
