Brake Lights w/Engine Brake

I'm aware that when the engine brake activates it illuminates the brake lights on the coach, but does it also then illuminate the brake lights on the toad??? Living in the west and going up and down mountain passes we use our engine brake regularly so now I'm wondering about this brake lighting concern. Any ideas?

I'm using a Blue Ox diode wiring harness on a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk.

Thanks!

Usually/normally if/when the brake lights on the coach illuminate the toad brake lights do also.

However the brake lights do not illuminate with engine brake application on all coaches.

The best, (only?), way to find out what happens with the brake lights on your coach and toad is to have someone follow you while you drive the coach and have them watch what the brake lights do.

If your brake lights come on then in your case the toad brake lights will come on as it is wired to the coach lights.
