confused about flat tow of 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk

I just purchased a 2019 cherokee Tailhawk a few weeks ago. It did not come with a Owners manual. The procedure for putting the transmission (transfer case) in neutral to flat tow is straight forward and works, but I am confused and have read different posts about removing a fuse and leaving the ignition on. I had a 2017 trailhawk and had to remove a fuse in order to flat tow. But nothing I've read says anything about leaving the ingnition switch on or removing a fuse. for my 2019. Will someone who flat tows a 2019 Cherokee Trailhawk please enlighten me.

The problem with the electronic steering stabilizer was corrected in late 2017. There's no need for the corrective wiring harness thereafter.
