In the folder that the Owner's manual and other paperwork came in, there is a slip of paper giving the contact phone number. It is only for the use of the origional owner. There is a manual for the vehicle and other systems. I think 4 or 5 including the warranty manual. I had mine within a week of calling.
It's good reading while waiting for the Sig Other to shop!

Was it the paper quick guide or the actual manual? The actual owners manual is white cover and about a half inch thick. There are also print manuals available for both the radio and the Nav system. These are about 1/4 inch thick.

The whole batch. No charge. I didn't measure the thickness but it looks like the white one is more than a 1/2.

Mine is about 1/2" think and somewhere around 4" x 8" and I thought had a green cover. Maybe I'm referring to a different manual. I know it includes all vehicle systems, capacities, operations, etc...

I'm pretty sure it's a hardcopy of the following with a color cover: www.jeep.com/.../manuals/2011-Grand_Cherokee-OM-4th.pdf

You got lucky Gil.
The rest of us have gotten a pamphlet sized quick guide with DVD which is also a quick guide and had to call for the full printed manuals. The full manual is a must since the quick guide only glosses over the basics. They are free, just had to make the phone call to Jeep.
