CRV dead battery...NOT!

Two feats for my record book today.
1. 768 miles from beginning to end (Petosky to Knoxville). Beats my previous record by 300 miles.

2. No dead battery in my 13 CRV.

I stopped after about 6 hours for fuel. Started the CRV and let it run during the refuel and potty stop.
Was shocked that battery was not dead on arrival.

Note. It is larger than the OE battery. No charge line.

No charge line because I have been procrastinating.
I actually have all the materials ready to go but just get distracted by other things (like fishing).
Then, things like this happen and I wonder if I really need one. Lol.

This summer I pulled our 2014 CRV for three days in a row with the only charging of the battery was when I was running the engine for three minutes for the tranny as instructed in oners manual and never any problems.
