We recently bought a 2009 Honda CRV for our Toad. My wife is concerned about the 'look' of her new car with the towing apparatus installed.

Can anyone provide pictures of what the front end modifications look like (with the bar removed). I am thinking about a roadmaster tow bar.

Couldn't find a picture utilizing the Roadmaster system, but here's a pic of a 2009 CRV using the Blue Ox system. I believe the two brackets shown in the picture are removeable when not in use, but don't quote me on that one.

The 2 silver tabs shown in the Blue Ox picture above are easily removable.

I believe the Blue Ox base plate is the least visible.

I installed mine baseplate and you won't even noticed it. Nice. Go for blue-ox, you won't regret.

I second the Blue Ox baseplate. I've had two CR-V's over the years and liked them both very much. The Blue Ox baseplate in one complete welded assembly. The Roadmaster is not.......

Dirk is right. When you take off the removable tabs from the Blue Ox baseplate you can hardly see anything.......

Just purchased a new CRV. Will go with Blue OX base plate and Aladdin Tow Bar. Need suggestions on braking system to use behind a Class C on Ford 450 chassis.
