If it's a sealed bearing unit, there are special seals and lube. No reason to mess with it.

Our dolly has "Vault" brand pressurized sealed bearings, guaranteed for 5 years. Since 5 years came and went, we always give the hubs a quick "touch test" everytime we stop, checking for any heat. So far no problems.

Best luck

Bearings are sealed. DO NOT try to grease them.

Back to the first picture, you have king pins for the steering part of your axle.

King pins are greased until NEW grease is seen comming out. You do this to both top and bottom fittings on each side.

This is done to flush out any water and dirt that may have gotten in them.

I would grease them as often as you do your MH axle, if equipped.
