Fritzrh-
First off,
Second, you should add a signature to your user profile. A signature tells folks about your RV (and anything else you feel helpful to put there), and is added to the end of each post. Instructions are here.
Third, your best bet for searching is to use the greenish "powered by Google" search button. The button is just under the banner at the top of each page. I put the terms "Chevy" and "spark" in the box, and came up with 1,690 iRV2 posts with those terms in them.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!
Don't know anything about the Spark but wanted to say hello! Keep her between the ditches!
Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

We have been towing a 15 Chevy Spark for 2 years-- about 27000 miles with zero issues.
It is equipped with a Blue Ox base plate and a NSA Ready Brute Elite tow bar.
(An inexpensive car, reliable, cheap to operate and can carry 4 adults if needed.)

I looked at one back in 2014 when contemplating changing from a tow dolly to 4-down, but didn't like the 'manual' only 4-down version of the Spark... I found that many of the Ford sedans, like the Fiesta, Focus, and even the Fusion, are easily towed 4-down with no modifications, and they are all Automatic front-wheel-drive vehicles.
I did install a battery-cutoff, for when towing, to limit any battery drawdown while traveling, but otherwise, it's 'put into Neutral and tow!'.... easy.
I've done this with both a Fiesta and our Focus, both are the same. Both are readily available in the marketplace, easy to find baseplates for, and easy to add the additional rear lights/blinkers as part of the baseplate install. Both of our installs were $300-$350, with me purchasing the BlueOx Alpha tow bar, ford baseplate, light/wiring, including the cables, and 7pinRV to 6pinVehicle electrical connector. All-in-all about $1,500 total.

I tow a Spark. I used a demco baseplate and tow bar. I used the brakemaster brake system as the RV had one installed when I bought it so I figured it would be easiest to go with that brand instead of replace the RV side.
The only issue I have is if I tow over 8 hours the battery will go dead. I have to turn the key to the ACC position to unlock the steering wheel. I originally only went a couple of hours and did not have an issue. On the trip South for the winter I drove 3 days in a row 8+ hours. On the first day I started the engine twice; then on the second day when I went to start it after 4 hours it would not turn over. I will install a charge line before returning north to keep the battery charged.
Here are two threads about the Spark:

Just in case it makes a difference...
You do know that the Spark can only be flat towed if it has a manual transmission, whereas it’s bigger brother the Sonic which has a bit more room, not much more weight can be towed with an Automatic.
