15 posts later and here is your answer (sorta).

I bought two of these:

and connected them back-to-back with these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

so I had hooks on both ends to attach to the MH and toad.

Seems to be the perfect length.

Thank you all for all the help. this will be our first toad and is the reason i picked this type of pickup to use. for now i will use safety chains and will make sure all is done right. I drive log truck and always double check before i drive. again thanks to all.
