We use EZ tow dolley with a 2012 Honda Civic. Maybe check owner's manual and/or website of tow dolley. We've had no problems.

Without specifics like the year of the toad, it's hard to tell, but, this is from the 2015 Spark owners manual.

To tow the vehicle with the two rear
wheels on the ground and the front
wheels on a dolly:
1. Put the front wheels on a dolly.
2. Shift the automatic transmission
into P (Park) or a manual
transmission into 1 (First) gear.
3. Set the parking brake.
4. Clamp the steering wheel in a
straight-ahead position with a
clamping device designed for
towing.
5. Remove the key from the
ignition.
6. Secure the vehicle to the dolly.
7. Release the parking brake.

Other than that, look into aux lighting for the running/brake lights for the rear of the toad.

Don't tie the steering while using a Acme dolly.

Its designed to have the steering free to turn while cornering. Other dollys have a turn table, not Acme.

My Sonata was barely 6" above the ground in front. It pulled up on my Acme dolly OK because those removable ramps seem to be longer than other brands. Acme says you can reduce the hitch height to 12" safely if you have a low profile car.

I have an Acme EZE tow that I used to tow a Honda Accord, no issues and it had a low front clearance. I now flat tow a Cherokee and have the dolly up for sale not because of any problems just convenience.

Thanks. It is about 6.5 inches and good to know. We’re going to purchase the car.
