This is the harness I used. I'd say about an hour install, should have been less, but I was double and triple checking so I didn't have to buy new taillights with the radar in it!

No issues at all. Mine is an 18 F-250 King Ranch 6.7L

I tow a F-250 King Ranch with my 19 London Aire. No problems at all. I use a Roadmaster blackhawk and a M&G braking system.

I noticed you are from around Houston. M&G Braking system is in Athens. They do it all from baseplates to lights to brakes. They have rigged 4 vehicles for me and I have yet to find anyone to beat their price. Might be worth the drive.

Sounds like we have the exact same setup.

Interesting looking system. It looks like they are tapping into OEM braking system. Could this impact the vehicle warranty?

Guaranteed not to void warranty. Never had my dealership never question anything. The brake system they used on my 250 was a cylinder and cable connected to the brake pedal.

Headed to M&G next Thursday to rig my F250. 10k Road Master is currently unavailable. They were able to get the 10k Blue Ox.

I'll post pics when we pull out Sunday, but to be honest, I didn't even realize the 8300 lb F250 was back there. I know people say that, but ...

From Nacogdoches to Athens, without the toad, I got 7.8 mpg in mixed driving in the hills of East Texas. From Athens today in similar terrain and speeds with the toad, I got 7.4 mpg. I lost a little bit more speed on the steepest uphills, but not enough to worry about.

I'm good with that differential.

I agree that you can't hardly tell your pulling anything. That 605 has some power. Hope you had a good experience with M&G. They have always done me a good job.

Monty did a great job. $500 cheaper than the next lowest quote I got. Everyone else said they would need a full day to do the job. He had everything ready to roll before lunch.

Definitely worth the side trip to Athens.

Thanks for the recommendation. [emoji106]

Steve. My wife was kind enough to give me as present the whole equipment to pull my 2021 GMC Elevation 1500. Now need to find who will install it. I am in the Houston area and it is expensive!! Question, if you can share, what exactly did M&G did for you and how much was it? I need for them tom install Roadmaster base plate, Wiring kit for lights, break away cable, and of course the coiled connection 6 pin that will go to the RV. Manual battery disconnect and a 12V direct connection so the RVI3 Brake system can get plugged in.

Thanks
