We have the Ready Brake. It's just the brake system without the tow bar. We got such a good deal on a used Blue Ox tow bar we couldn't pass it up. To answer your question, yes simple and easy. It did take some work to install the base plate and cables on our Jeep but it worked out great.

Okay, I'm a little late and a little behind you. I enjoy flat towing my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. It never gives problems. Jan complains about getting in and out of it though. So, we usually tow her suv. It just looks like she could get some leg extensions to better hoist herself into and out of the Jeep.

Just finishing installed my wrangler base plate BX1126, boy those guys at blue ox are crazy, what do they think i'm pulling, the Titanic ??? Lord never, ever this Jeep is going to get lost from my MH maybe by another parts but never never from the base plate.
