Flat Tow a Lincoln 2015 MKC

Does anyone Flat tow a Lincoln MKC. The book says "NO", but the transmission can be maintained in neutral.

If "the book" is your owner's manual, I'd say don't do it. The engineers must have a good reason for their recommendation.

The 2015 MKC is not flat towable, I don't think any of the MKC's were flat towable when they were manufactured, not that I have seen. The only onces I know of were the MKZ, MKS, MKX, and MKT.
