Flat towing 03 Sonoma ZR2

Can a 2003 Sonoma ZR2(4WD, standard tranmission) be flat towed??
I did not have much luck with search.

Most, but not all, rear wheel drive vehicles can be towed. It depends on how the transmission is lubed internally. Most are "splash" lubed with the gears and synchro's flinging lube around. If the oil is splashed around by output shaft then no problem. If lubed by the input shaft (engine running) then the trans wn't be lubed and can cause it to fail.
Owners manual may or may not tell you what you need to know.
