Does anyone make a plug and play wiring harness to plug into the existing wiring on the 2021 or 2022 F 150? What's the easiest way to tap into the OEM lights?

Yes, Curt does. A bunch of online retailers carry them. Looks like Part #58989. Pretty much as easy as it gets for installing a light harness for towing an F-150.

Thanks, I looked that up and it doesn't work with LED tail lites. I think thats's what I have

did you fid out anything? I'm having the same problem with wiring my 2021 f150 lariat. My mechanic says the harness i got won't work with the led lights and all the artificial intelligent braking in the system. The shop has called Ford direct, and they didn't know anything. The wiring harness manufacturer said no harness was available yet. Hope someone has this figured out or are we over thinking the electrical wireing?

E trailer has a plug and play set up if you don't have LED tail lites. If you have the LED tail lites then they have a diode wiring kit that you have to splice into the wires in the tail lite. I didn't want to do the splice kit so I had a remote tail lite bar with rechargeable batteries like tow trucks use and used that.
