Anyone towing an Escape Hybrid? Can the 2 wheel drives be towed 4 down? Any comments about the Escape Hybrid, good, bad or ?? Just drove one yesterday and thinking of getting one for my normal use car and a towed?? Thanks in advance.

The 2006 and 2007 Motorhome Mag Towing Guide lists the Hybrid as towable. Your Ford dealer has a 'source book' on every model that should give you specific information.

There is a thread further down in this forum where someone asked about re-attaching the front fascia on an Escape. He might be installing tow hardware so you may want to send that person a private message.

As a fleet manager/buyer I can recommend the Escape Hybrid highly, I have tested a couple of these in my fleet of 220 vehicles and I am very happy with the results. I have just issued an order for an additional 20 as replacement vehicles and I will probably continue the trend into the future.
