Going back to a tow dolly.

When we first started RVing we dolly towed a Honda Insight. Yup one of those fugly ones. Wasn’t a fan so we went to four down. We had big coaches then. We downsized to a Sprinter a couple of years ago and pulling a Wrangler JL. We decided to buy a Camry Hybrid the other day and get rid of the Jeep. Time to pull the dolly out of the shed, put new tires on and inspect everything. Funny how life takes us full circle.

I put 190K on one of those fugly Insights using it as a commuter for work. Yeah, ugly, but great mileage, easy to drive and park (fantastic turning radius), and super reliable! After having it for 7 years, it needed a new battery pack and Honda replaced it for free. Really can't beat that. (I had to pay for the second replacement 7 years after that.)

Congratulations on the new Camry!

BTW, my current commuter (and Toad): Prius C
