Has anyone settled with gm over the cruze?

Has anyone settled with GM concerning their Cruze situation? I have been reading a lot of forums of ones who are waiting and waiting for the promise that "we will get back to you" concerning a swap to a towable 4 wheels down car. A Equinox, Malibu, Regal or what ever? It seems to me that they are dragging their feet hoping we will go away. People on the forum have said they will get back to us when they get their case settled, I have read a one. My rep can't get a hold of his boss to get a final ok, it has been nearly a week and his boss is always in a meeting, out to lunch, or he won't answer his phone, what does that sound like? A stall to me! I am exasperated and disgusted with the whole thing.
