Have a toad finally and ready to haul

So our 2008 HR Endeavor came to us with most of a flat tow setup. Road Master falcon II bar , cross bar and easy brake unit with remote. All the safety cables and such. We picked up a 2015 Dodge Dart turbo 6speed manual a few months ago. Had to buy the transmitter for the easybrake and vehicle specific bar attachment and lighting kit. The cars steering does not lock so no key required for tow. That being, had to install a separate full time power outlet and the brake light override relay kit. Was not to Awfully bad to hook it all up. just a little hard under the dash. Also put the charge line kit in just for good measure. Ready to haul it all south in two weeks for Turkey day. I tested the functions with our Ram Dually so confidence is high!

I did have to rebuild the air cylinder in the easy brake unit as the exhaust valve seal was bad. Two seals were roughly $10. We now have a spare in the glove box of the Dart.

I am prepping for my toad as we travel to Arizona for Christmas. It's never too early to check functions of your system. Happy Thanksgiving. Click image for larger version

Pretest will help give you piece of mind. I did all the work at home with some assistance for installing the tow pieces behind the fascia of the Dart. Not to difficult but at 56 years young the under dash is hard on the body!

This car was and is a great Flat toad! It tracked straight and easy hook/unhook. Brakes worked as described. Thanks Roadmaster! Look forward to years of travel!

LOL.. no kidding, its worse at 62. Did all the installation myself. Yep did the pre-test around the neighborhood and a few main roads just before doing a 3000 mile road trip/vacation. The truck tracked well, and yes thanks to Roadmaster for good equipment.
