Yes. A tag will help you determine if it's towable or not. If no tag, a dealer might be able to tell what you have from your VIN. Also, with every GM vehicle I have flat towed over the years, after the TC was shifted into Neutral, the transmission was shifted into Park.

Tag on the TC says 241 though my pictures end up upsidedown.

The NP 241 tc can be towed four down. The correct way is to shift the tc into neutral and the transmission into park if auto or any gear if a standard transmission. Then you need to determine if the steering wheel will lock up. I suspect the Blazer will lock with the key in the off position. My Jeeps did not have the lockup, but some other models do.

Yes, look on the back of the transfer case near the rear output. The tag will be round, metal, and have a screw right in the center (if its a NP unit), and will have the model number on it.
