I just purchased a 2007 HHR as a Toad. Just curious what type of braking system you are using. I am looking at the Brake Buddy with the Blue OX tour set up.

I am using the SMI Stay and Play system it is a little hard to install but once in I can move it easily from my truck to our HHR... Our HHR is our main toad though..... I don't like the brake buddy cause I have heard that they (may) damage the seat and it takes a lot of pressure to apply the brakes.. Thats just my own impression......

I read a few comments regarding the Blue Ox RV underskirt in this forum. From what I understand, the RV underskirt is no longer being manufactured/distributed by blue ox so I would be a little worried about warranty if purchased from a dealer with old stock. I checked the blue ox web site at www.aemfg.com and the RV underskirt has been removed. I am a Protect-a-Tow owner for a few years and many, many miles and have been very satisfied with how well it works. It is lightweight, compact and easy to use and install.
