Does anyone know if the 2007 Honda Fit is towable, 4-wheels-down, like other Honda's?

If you are looking at getting one to use as a toad, simply call your dealer and have them get the owners manual and look it up.

My Nissan dealer thought I was crazy when I told him I would buy a Versa if I could see that it was towable 4 down in writing, I think it was a first for the salesman.

It said it in the manual, and I bought it!

Note that in 2006 Honda revised its approval for flat-towing to only include the CR-V. Earlier year, earlier models were approved...don't know the reasons why the change.

It would be nice if the FIT were approved; looks like it would be a super dingy...
