How much can I tow?

I am buying a 2015 Newmar 3635 Ventana le, and I am a newbie. I want to buy a toad but don't know how much weight to allow for contents of the rv? My UVW is 25,300 lbs and my GCWR is 33000. My NCC is 5,700/ Can anybody help tell me what I should pencil in so I know what I can tow. I think the hitch is rated for 5000 but that doesn't tell me what I can tow.

If you are giving the correct numbers; I'm as confused as you are .

UVW of 25,300 and NCC of 5,700 would mean your GVWR would be 31,000.
That would limit you to a 2,000 toad , IF , you were using all the carrying capacity of the coach .
If you limit the load in the coach to 2,700 lbs , then you can tow the full 5,000 lbs that the hitch allows.
BTW: 2700 lbs is a lot of stuff , I travel with full water tanks and barely carry 2100 lbs.

Could you add the coaches GVWR to you post , that number may help to figure out what's happening.
The 33,000 lb limit may be the transmissions maximum rating.

Edit: 5,000 pounds is my hitch rating and the difference between , my coach's GVWR and GCWR. There are many SUV's and small P/Us under the 5,000 lb limit.

My GVWR is 31000. My GCWR is 33000. I was wondering how much I might carry, as a newbie I can only guess. The 2100 number is very helpful. It sounds like I should be able to tow a 5000 lb toad. That should allow me to buy a jeep grand Cherokee which has that as a curb weight. Thank you again for your help!

I'm assuming your coach is equipped with an Allison 2500 series transmission, and the 33,000 lbs is the GCWR of the transmission.
It's unfortunate that the Coach/Chassis , manufactures put you in this predicament , by ordering the light duty trans in what is otherwise a heavy duty chassis , for a few thousand more the 3000 series trans would have given you a huge advantage; in the GCWR ; and many more choices , as far as toads are concerned.
