Finished and painted
It took me a while but the install is finally finished. Painting the lift to match my coach was the last step.

Hey Mike,
Well, sure looks from here. Painting it to match is a nice touch. Been gone from this thread for a while, did you get all your tie-down situation all cleared up? By the way, did you set the lift up so that you can load and unload your bike without dumping the air?
Scott

Hi Scott.
I have not actually transported my bike yet, but from discussions here and on the bike forum, I believe I will put something under the bike (a solid stand/box) so the bike is strapped down to the carrier solid. Then I'll secure the bike with ratcheting straps from frame to carrier. This way the bike wont bounce on its suspension.
If this stand https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00E8HGCEY...v_ov_lig_dp_it fits the carrier's wheel track I'll use it (as it also doubles for maintenance purposes), if it dosent fit I can make something with wood (or weld a simple frame from angle iron).

Gotta paint that to match, also! Well-done, looks good.
