Is 2020 Kia Soul GT Turbo with DCT towable?
The 2020 FMCA Towing Guide lists the 2020 Kia Soul GT Turbo with dual-clutch transmission (DCT) as towable 4-down. However, the Owners Manual states that it is not.
Does anyone know with any certainty that this model can be towed four-down?

Google dingy towing. If its a standard transmission, maybe, but automatic, NO

On page 6-24 it explicitly states: Your vehicle is not designed to be dinghy towed with 4 wheels on the ground behind a motor home. To avoid serious damage to your vehicle, do not tow your vehicle with four wheels on the ground.
This statement in 2020 owners manual is for AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS
*Manual tranny...can be towed 4-down

How do you know they only mean Automatics?
I've been looking at these, with the sales going on, but can't find a good reference to answer this. I read this as YOUR vehicle, no exceptions.

FMCA 2020 towing guide, page 41 for the Soul GT turbo says that it is towable with the DCT trans.
Kia Technical Service Bulletin 018(Rev 4, 5/24/2019)
Anyone know how to get a copy of this bulletin?
My local Kia dealer is giving me a hard time, gave me page 2 of 2, but not page 1!
Anyone know if this would also apply to Hyundai with a DCT?

I finally got a copy of the TSB revised 5/24/2919 and it does state that any
Kia vehicle with a DCT transmission is towable 4 wheels down!
Instructions are the same as for a manual transmission. Does not state any mileage or speed limits.
If anyone is interested I can post it here.

What do you think of this?
Found a 2020 with 150 miles at a used car dealer. He purchased at a auction.
It was a dealer buy back due to check engine lights! Supposedly mfg corrected all the problems and has the factory warranty.
Asking $21,677
Would you buy it? GT line turbo. Will have a Lemon Law title.
