Issue with Jeep after Air Force One install

Hello,
I just got done installing the Air Force One system on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel for TOAD purposes.
I finished up and went to pull it out of the garage and ended up finding that the throttle position sensor is malfunctioning.
Anyone on here have any experience installing this system on this particular vehicle?
The code the Jeep is throwing is P2172 if that helps anyone.

That code is for large vacuum leak. Make sure your vacuum line connections are good and the check valves are installed in the correct direction.

Found that after posting. Double checked the lines, found a leak at the tee, replaced the tee, but the problem still persists.
The check valves are in the correct orientation at the specified locations.
Could one of them be bad?

I've had 3 go bad on me in the last year and a half. They were all good to begin with. To troubleshoot you can remove the added vacuum lines and just have the original there, then see if the problem goes away.
