Don't really know where to look for this, but... is there a trans pump that can be installed to tow this car flat? Thank You

You don't say which Jeep model. Limited is simply a trim package used on several models.
Since you state front wheel drive, I will assume it is a Compass or Patriot. If it is a manual trans you should be able to tow 4 down as is. If automatic, a Dolly might be better.
These folks make trans pumps if that's what you really need.

Yes Jeep what? Cherokee, Compass, Renegade, Patriot or what?
Also the Owners manual will address how to Tow it if at all capable. Look under Recreational Towing.
