Loose lug nuts

A few week back I purchased a tow dolly and tow it home , I tow it for about 30 miles with nothing being towed, today In preparation for a mini trip to the beach this week end I connect my dolly to my coach and out of the blue I checked the lug nuts and found 6 out of the ten so loose I could turn them with my hand. how much should I torque them? and if you have purchased a tow dolly check them before you put your vehicle on it.

Have a KK-460, stickers on the fenders say 125 ft lbs.

Trailers are known for loosening the lug nuts. I carried a torque wrench and checked whenever I checked the straps. Usually within the first two miles of departing, then a few miles later and then fuel or rest stops. Once they have been gone over a few times they will stay tight but are still worth checking.

Had to verify the lug nuts regularly when I towed a boat because they would loosen as well.
