Multiple vehicle Towing?
The last 2 days I have seen 2 MH's both were towing a toad, and the toad was pulling a boat and trailer. Is this legal? I was thinking this would resolve my multible kayaks being transported as I have a kayak trailer. But this woud be a long train. 38' MH, 14' Jeep, and a kayak trailer with the longest yak at 18'. All total this is 70' of connected vehicles. Seems tricky but more important is this allowed?

each state is different, but I've only heard of double tows being allowed behind fifth wheels, in just a few states.

Multiple (no "b" in multiple) towing is a maybe thing, some states allow it some don't. The problem is that you must comply with each states laws. So you could tow multiples through one state with no trouble, then have to unhook and tow each vehicle seperate in the next.

You have to obey the laws in each state which you travel. So allow, some do not. With the ones that allow it, you have max length restrictions...Texas is 65'.

I have to agree with this. I do know in Mich you can tow something else behind a 5er, see it all the time. There is a length restriction too, just dont know what it is.

I looked up the law in Fl. Triple towing is not legal in my state and 65' is the maximum length.

Legal is one thing, insured is another. A friend of my dads learned the hard way.
A trailer is insured by the tow vehicle. When a m/h is towing a toad the m/h covers it as if it was a trailer.
When the toad is towing a trailer though there's a problem, the toad isn't being driven so it's a trailer and has no coverage for anything it's towing.
I suspect that's why some jurisdictions don't allow 'trains', it violates their mandatory insurance requirements.
