Check out Blue Ox tow bars. There are several dealers in Alabama or you can purchase one from Amazon.

Tow bars aren't model specific, although weight ratings are. I think you are looking for a base plate, the part installed on the front of the car so the tow bar can be hooked up and towed by the RV. You didn't give full information to allow me to look up your Kia Soul, but here are two base plate manufacturers that list Kia Soul.

I use a Demco tow bar. I've had it for about ten years with no problems. I've sent it back twice to Demco to look it over and refurbish it at no charge. Just cost me shipping.

Try Hitchtrader.com for a used tow bar also Demco has a nice feature of moving up or down about 3 inches rather than a drop hitch also generally cheaper, Blue Ox is also generally cheaper than Roadmaster I don't think you could go wrong with any of these.

I have had a Blue Ox TB & Baseplates for many years on several Toweds and several RV's, but now I use "Ready Brake" so if I buy another Tow Bar, it will be a Ready Brute. Check it out:

Think of what brakes you are going to use. I have had several different braking systems but Ready Brake is simple and works. Food for thought anyway. Good luck.
