Can you describe what you mean by "a charge line"?

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee "death wobble"

Don't know if you are still running the spreadsheet. I bought a 2017 GC Limited in Nov 2019. On fifth trip with this setup we had the wobble this past August. I had read about it, but was not expecting to experience it on this model

- Reference 77441309
- afchap
- 2017 GC Limited w/19,400 miles, V6, & original tires in good condition
- death wobble after a brief stop and then very sharp left turn onto rough pavement.
- Blue Ox Aventa II towbar
- Towbar is level to car

On the 7/6 tow cable there is an extra conductor, I put 12 volts on it and run that to the battery on the toad, with a circuit breaker/fuse at each end. Keeps the toad battery charged.

Same setup here, 2018 GC Limited (with off road package), 25000 miles towed..... No issues.

I installed a Demco Baseplate with the tow bar below. My setup is a bit longer than just the towbar alone due to the option of putting our bike rack on the RV.
Thank goodness 9000 miles w/o issues
