With a key it would be easy, but with push button start it is not so simple.

I have a 2020, wheel does not lock. Only need to confirm in neutral and release ebrake to tow.

Our 2021 Versa does not have a locking steering wheel and it's very similar to the 2020.

Learning about what is required is a great first step. Brakes - are either installed or drop in. If you will use the system for a long time, the extra cost to install will be offset by convenience. However, if you might change TOADS or RVs, the drop in is not such a bad choice. The RVI-3 is light and easy in-out. We use the toad as a daily driver and appreciate the absence of brake components in the way when not in use. Being able to self install has value as well. Research before you jump.

The most lightweight 2022 Jeep is 3,875 lbs. according to the FMCA towing guide ...screenshot attached below.

Took a test drive yesterday. Everything seems good, but I am now shopping for a camera system, because it is a little freaky not knowing it is back there! I can only see it when I turn. The ready brake is great and I actually think I need to loosen it up a tad, because it feels like they are working too good! Anyhow, thought I would share some pics. Oh, by the way in case someone notices, yes I do not have my safety cables on. That is because they were on backorder and they still have to ship them. So, I will not be towing anymore until I get them, but I just couldn’t wait! LOL!
