You probably blew a fuse in your tow circuitry in the coach
I am not familiar with your coach so do not know where the circuitry would be

Another issue could be a ground issue
Is this happening with headlights on in coach
If so shut headlights off and try again
The ground issue could be 8n the coach if things work

Because it affect the running light and brake/turn signal, I would start with he ground connection for that left side light. Running lights are the same pin out of the connector. If the ground is OK, then go back to basics and start tracing the voltage from the tow vehicle backwards.

I would first test MH plug and inspect the wires behind and feeding MH mounted plug with test light not multimeter. Take a good look for corrosion and bad connections at both plug ends as well and give the wiggle test with light not working on. You may have already tried that but...

It is troubleshooting 101 now, follow the circuit with a meter or test light and see where it starts to fail. Any input would be a total guess.

If it was normal trailer I would say pressure on hitch towing was helping to complete the ground while you were pulling. IDk how well a tow bar would create a ground. There are also certain tow vehicle light modules and diodes can come into play. Might make it harder to troubleshoot than an old station wagon to a trailer ,where wires are just tapped off the tail lights.

One thing about owning an RV - you get to learn a lot about a lot.
Good to hear you solved it. Happy camping.
