Problems towing 2023 Grand Cherokee Overland L

Has anyone had problems towing 2023 grand cherokee overland L the steering will only turn about 1/4/of a turn in either direction when you take a corner everything works when you follow directions in the owners manual to set it up for towing but the front wheels will not turn you can sit in the car and manually turn the wheels with your hand does anyone know if jeep engineers have figured out how to correct the problem we are told by jeep service department they have never heard of this problem

Just got back my grand cherokee from the jeep service department. They have had it since the end of March. Tech could not duplicate the problem Tech along with engineers at factory inspected all towing components found no abnormal failure Tech found STARR cases with other jeep customers who have similar problems. Tech found that there is No fix for this problem Chrysler should have a.software fix at a later date but they don't know when I was told to hire a transport company to haul my new jeep home si ce it cannot be flat towed until they have a fix Its going to cost me 1300 dallars for the transport and since I am retired and traveling I had to go out and buy another towable car today while I am waiting for Chrysler fix. So my wife and I can enjoy our camping lifestyle
