RBRO '22 GMC Canyon Shift Problems

I recently purchased a new 2022 GMC Canyon. It is a 4-wheel drive AT4, and I had a Blue Ox Base Plate installed to tow it behind my 2020 Dutch Star. I had zero problems with it until I unhooked and used it for a couple days. Now I need to leave, and I cannot get the 4-wheel Drive Dial to shift in to the red "N" or Flat Tow Mode. I have almost worn the dial or transition dial completely off the dash trying to get the Transfer Case to shift into neutral. It will transition from 4-wheel to 2-wheel drive with no issue, but it will not go into Neutral. If there is anyone on the forum that has experienced this issue, I would really love to know how you resolved it?
Thanks

RBRO '22 GMC Canyon Shift Problems

Here’s my 2022 Canyon cheat sheet. I can attest to the fact that it works in the driveway but I haven’t hooked it up to my Jayco Grayhawk yet. Hope this helps you out. Let us know. Click image for larger version

I would like to say Thank You to all who responded to this plea for help. Unfortunately, there is no way to get my Canyon into Flat Tow Mode without a trip to the service department. The appointment is Monday, and I will let everyone know why it is not working properly afterwards. Until then, stay safe!

I had the same issue with my 2015 Canyon right after I bought it. It required a software update from the dealer. No issues since then.
