Ready Brake re wire

We suddenly had a lot of extra brake wire come out the front connection point of our toad the other day.
I thought it may be due to one or more cable tie-down points in the engine compartment breaking loose but upon further inspection I found the brake wire had broken away from the clamp on the brake pedal.
What's involved in replacing the wire from the front connection point to the brake pedal?

You might want to contact Ready Brake and get a NEW cable and housing. The existing housing may have been abraded by the cable ends and possibly cause brake hangup if you just replace the cable.
OR, if you get just the cable, first check freedom of travel by sliding the cable back and forth in the housing sheath. Also, I would spray some graphite lube into the housing.
Replacement of just the cable requires loosening the cable clamp on the brake pedal up under the dash, then merely pulling the cable out.

Installing a new cable is just slide the cable in to the housing, after shooting graphite spray into the housing--a lot.
