If you are referring to "ReadyStop," it's a breakaway kit for emergency stop that all toads should have for safety reasons. It will apply and hold the brakes on the toad should it become separated from your motorhome. It's just one of several breakaway systems you can use for emergency breakaway. ReadyStop is made by NSA maker of Ready Brake surge brake and towbars. I believe that a breakaway is included with most supplemental brake systems but others will have to confirm my belief on that.
