I don't have any knowledge of the rebuilt Patriot brake, but Blue Ox builds a quality product. Does it come with any type of warranty?

I have the same unit except mine was new and not rebuilt. I have had absolutely no problems with mine and the setup is very easy. I highly recommend them.

Here it is, Bryan. New RVLock Keyless Entry System & Blue Ox Patriot Brake - RVupgrades.com

Sounds like a good deal to me. That is a reputable website and there is a one-year warranty.
