Some time ago a roll of adhesive plastic was discussed to protect the front end of motorhomes and toads while traveling the gravel roads of Alaska. It seems a good idea to put under my toad's heavy nose cover (bra) to keep paint scratching down. Does anybody remember the posting (two-three years ago). Serious case of CRS.

I can't help with previous posts as you request...But, we just purchased an '08 CRV and are doing the mods to make it a second toad. One of the things we have done is have a Llumar film applied to the bumper cover and painted portion of the grill. It's a completely transparent plastic film, lifetime warranty against defect, and can be removed at trade time if we want. Excellent installation done by the local dealer. Computer-cut patterns for any vehicle, and you can select the coverage you want (as in bumper, hood, fenders and mirrors, etc.). Llumar.com
