Roadmaster Defender screen replacement on Blue Ox tow bar

I ordered the Roadmaster Defender screen protector to replace my Blue Ox one, since Blue Ox doesn't sell them anymore. The description said it was for Blue Ox tow bar, but nothing lines up with the brackets on the coach side. The brackets on the car side do not slide on but have found a workaround. Has anyone else installed a Roadmaster screen on a Blue Ox tow bar? I must be doing something wrong and Roadmaster is no help. Thank you.

I'd tell Roadmaster to help, if they didn't, return my money.

Do you have the Roadmaster Tow Defender 4700 or the Tow Defender 4750? The 4750 should be a universal fit.

And when you say that Roadmaster was no help, what did they tell you? They used to have excellent customer support ...however, it's been several years since I called or visited their facility in Vancouver Washington.

Did you call this number?: (360) 896-0407
