Roadmaster Invisibrake

I am thinking about using the Roadmaster Invisibrake 8700 on my 2022 Chevy Equinox. Anybody using this brake system and if so, how well does it work? If you don't think I should use this brake system, then what would you suggest to use?

I have been using the Invisabrake on my 2019 Cherokee for 5+ years. It works great and requires no setup after the initial installation. The installation is a bit time consuming but it’s one and done.

Installed the Invisibrake in our 2018 Wrangler JLU, and then in our 2020 Equinox (recently sold as we've moved on to trailer and pickup). Great system and great tech support from Roadmaster. As Steve-W mentioned, installation is a bit fiddly, but it is a neat setup.

Invisibrake in 2020 Equinox and now 2024 Equinox. Works very well. You will need a charge line from RV to toad.

We bought a new Ford Escape in 2012 and had the InvisiBrake installed … still have it and it has followed us for many thousands of miles. Never a problem.
