Rock Hard Aluminum bumper adapter Bolts

I have the Rock Hard Aluminum bumper and Road Master towing adapters worked loose. My bumper do to my physical limitations I had the bumper installed by a 4 wheel drive shop. When installing the Road Master adapters you suppose to use the long bolts that are shipped with the adapters. On my install they use the standard shorter bolts and they did NOT thread into the fiber lock on the nut and worked loose. I don't believe that was Rock Hard error but an installer error using the incorrect bolts. Rock Hard ship me the correct bolts at no charge and problem solved. If you have the same bumper you might want to check the bolts insure the correct ones are installed and the threads protrude though the nut.
