Saturn Outlook Question

I have a 2007 Saturn Outlook that I tow 4 wheels down. I use the RVi3 braking system in the Saturn. The Saturn user manual says to pull the IGN fuse in the under hood fuse block. I have done that and the battery is dead after @ 2 hours of driving. I am not sure if I am pulling the correct fuse or have an issue with my battery.
I would appreciate any suggestions.

PCM IGN Fuse----Above the Rear Camera Fuse & to the right of Airbag Fuse
*Not the IGN Relay which is below the Rear Camera Fuse

Then are you turning the Ignition Key To 'Accessory' position?

Then need to have battery load tested
